Wow, like what the heck is going on?
That's incredible.. How can you fire someone over a timbit that's worth 16 cents. If you want to give her a warning not to do that and just talk to her, then that's fair but firing is a little bit over the edge.

That must have been the worst feeling in the world losing your job and telling your 4 kids that you don't have a job to go to. Especially when you are a single parent.
