You are correct that aliens portrayed on TV shows do not usually match real life aliens. Aliens have been documented in hundreds of types and sizes, from 3 inches up to 15 feet tall. Some walk on two legs and others are shaped like balls of light as small as a golf ball or as large as a house. Some aliens look like robots, metal objects, or animals. Other aliens look like giant insects or praying mantises. Some wear clothes or uniforms, and some do not. Some aliens float through walls and others walk in through open doors. Aliens have all types of skin: smooth, rough, bumpy, furry, lizard-like, etc.

Their skin can be warm or cold, wet or dry. Skin colors are gray, white, tan, brown, gold, yellow, green, blue, pink, orange, red or black, along with other shades in between. Their eyes can look like a human, cat, lizard, insect, alien, etc. Some have fingernails and some don't. Some have webbed fingers and others have suction cups for fingertips or claws or pincers. Some aliens have skin that glows in the dark. Many people have undergone hypnosis to help recall the details of what they experienced. Many people have fleeting memories of something happening at night but only recall it through dreams, flashbacks or hypnosis.

HyperMiling.

Something that i need to learn how to do in my truck.

Basically the concept is to use techniques to get the highest mileage from your vehicle.

For example, Wayne Gerdes was able to get a Honda Insight rated at 100 mpg to an astonishing 180.1 mpg just by using different driving techniques.

Apaprently, there are safety concerns though. Some of these techniques aren't the safest in the world. So be careful what you choose.

Hudson Valley Sightings.

So, as usual, i was listening to the radio and put on my favourite After hours show on 1410 CFUN. Coast 2 Coast. Man they got some great material on that show and it never seems to stop.

So awesome.

Anyways, there was one story on there where this guy was talking about the Hudson Valley Sightings in New York.

Basically they were the sightings of UFO's over the Nuclear power plant. There are tonnes of documents about the sightings.

Gorilla Pod Clone - How To.

The first picture is the OG Gorilla pod and the second is the one that can be created quickly with some parts from the hardware store.

These tripods look super useful for taking pictures especially in the outdoor environment. I wanted one but was too cheap to get one. They range from the 20-50 bux.

Global HD Vancouver Broadcasting OTA.

Awesome! They started to do testing last week, but now they are supposed to be fully fledged supporting broadcast in HDTV.

So for all of you guys that have antennas already, you can just perform a rescan on your ATSC enabled antenna and you should get good reception straight away.
