I'm disappointed.
I thought that they would have implemented this feature for songbird right away.
I got a shiny new ipod and now stuck with the itune nazzzzi's.

How To Open Multiple Copies of Windows Live Messenger

Windows App.

My MAC doesn't like to keep MSN open when i shut the lid on my MACbook. So I looked around on GOOGLE and found this neat little addon for MSN called Messenger Plus! Live.
You can enable the "Allow me to connect to several accounts simultaneously" feature by going to Plus! / Preferences & Options

Once this is enabled you can open multiple copies of MSN. Great for Multiple people in the house using a shared computer.

A Letter to Red Octane Games

Dear Red Octane Games,

I have terrible news. While I am in love with your game, it has caused me great harm. Guitar Hero broke my knee. Its true, while playing your game on July 3rd and shredding a massive lick I pivoted into a great thrashing stance and my knee gave way. After several doctor visits and x-rays it later turned out my rocking had knocked an inch and a half piece of bone off of my knee and it was now floating about the inside of my leg.

I ended up going under the knife to reattach the smaller piece of bone back to my leg and now, more than a month later, I am still unable to walk. I am however gearing up from a triumphant comeback in early September to show others on my block I can still rock twice as hard as them.

This is a story that must be told. Imagine being able to tell your customers that a young man in Omaha, NE rocked Guitar Hero so hard his own bones crumbled. Boys would cheer and mothers would cringe.

Maybe an endorsement deal? I would be like Subway’s Jared. Maybe we could do something as simple as Red Octane supporting the local Guitar Hero championship my friends and I are setting up. You could send some banners and an advanced copy of Guitar Hero 2 our finalists could play…. kind of like in the Wizard when they played Mario Brothers 3.

Snow in Las Vegas

I thought that it was unlikely, but apparently bad time to go to Vegas to warm up.

PALM trees in Las Vegas were weighed down with snow yesterday as a freak storm brought the city to a standstill.
The heaviest snowfall there in nearly three decades closed the airport and main roads, with several inches coating marquees on the Las Vegas Strip.

The storm also dumped snow and rain over other parts of Nevada and across much of southern California.

The US weather service measured 3.6in of snow overnight at Las Vegas's McCarran International Airport. A meteorologist, Jerome Jacques, said about 2in was left before dawn on the ground near the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign.

He said: "Snow is not unknown in the Las Vegas valley. On average, we get half an inch a year. But this amount made it a significant storm. We haven't had this amount since 1979."

The snow caused the cancellation of all flights in and out of the city. Visitors donned hooded jackets to pose for pictures beside familiar landmarks.

In California, at least two people were killed in traffic accidents linked to the storm. Authorities said the storm also contributed to the death of a 61-year-old man, who was washed off a jetty by waves.
